	John W. Boyd, Jr., P.E. President John Boyd has a proven track record of guiding the business of technology. He has consulted around the world to assist the creation and operation of facilities in Tokyo, Japan, São Paulo and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, as well as nationally within the US. John most recently finished his tenure at Cisco Systems where he was part of a select team that launched the Voice/Video/Data convergence market. Prior to joining Cisco Systems, he rose to Chief Technologist at Northeast Utilities. He is a graduate of the College of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rhode Island and has a current Professional Engineers license in the state of Connecticut.		Joseph C. Bucceri  Chief Technology Officer Joseph Bucceri helped create Fuss & O'Neill Technologies, LLC. He also plays a key role in all of Fuss & O’Neill’s information technology, including IT strategic planning, staff management and project management. He has led the evolution of Fuss & O’Neill’s IT infrastructure to a wide area network comprising multiple internet connectors, a VPN, dedicated circuits, more than 20 servers and 300 workstations in six offices. Joe has designed and installed many corporate networks from the ground up. He was president of his own information technologies firm prior to joining Fuss & O’Neill Technologies.
	Brian Doyle Vice President, Business Development Brian has nearly 13 years experience in the Telecommunications and Information Technology fields. Brian’s experience includes designing Wide Area Networks at AT&T for the Small and Medium Business (SMB) and Higher Education marketplace. In 2001, Mr. Doyle Co-founded the Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (DBA ProActive Technologies) which provided Network Integration and Managed Network Support Services. During his tenure at ProActive Technologies, he led the development and creation of their Managed  Services Provider (MSP) business unit. Mr. Doyle was instrumental in the merger of ProActive Technologies and Fuss & O’Neill Technologies.		Brad Hurley Vice President, Development Brad has 23 years of experience creating and implementing high-quality software, database, and GIS solutions for clients in a variety of sectors, including the Fortune 500 and federal government. His focus is on the integration of e-Commerce, portal, and geospatial technologies in an enterprise environment. His experience has primarily been directed towards Environmental, Engineering, Energy, and Insurance/ Financial applications. Brad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Colgate University, and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of New Haven.
	Frank Gesino Vice President, Professional Services Frank Gesino has worked in the IT field nearly 15 years. In 2001 Mr. Gesino Co-founded the Advanced Technology Group, Inc. (DBA ProActive Technologies) and acted as President and CIO and was the lead engineer for most senior level network projects. In 2007 ProActive Technologies merged with Fuss & O’Neill Technologies, where Mr. Gesino is the VP for Professional Services. He has experience in both the academic and corporate sectors. Prior positions include Assistant Director of Academic Computing at Central Connecticut State University, Senior Network Engineer for William Communications and Yale School of Medicine ITS. Frank holds a BS in Business Administration from Western New England College where he majored in Computer Information Systems.
