Setting Up Eudora 4.x/5.x/6.x

Open Eudora. Click on Tools > Options.
Then click on Getting Started in the Category column.
A box similar to the one below should appear:

Fill in the name you would like to see transmitted with your
email address in the “Real Name” box.
Enter your email address in the “Return address” box.
Enter mail.yourdomain.com, where yourdomain.com
is the domain that you host with us.
Enter your full email address in the “Login Name” box, with
@ and all—e.g. joe@offsitenow.net.
Click on Incoming Mail in the Category column. The
following view will appear:

Identify what type of account you signed up for in the
“Server configuration” line: POP or IMAP*. If IMAP, leave
the “IMAP Mailbox Location Prefix” box blank.

To keep from having to re-enter your password when Eudora
checks for mail, click on Checking Mail > Save
Password, as above. You may also set an interval for
Eudora to automatically check for messages.
Click through the other Categories and make appropriate
specifications to customize your email processing options.
