Setting Up Outlook 2007

Open Outlook. Click Tools > Account Settings…

On the E-mail tab, click New…

Choose Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP as
illustrated above. Then click Next.

On the Add Account Setup screen, check off Manually
configure server settings or additional server types. Then
click Next.

Fill in your name and email address. For account type,
choose POP3 or IMAP. For more information on POP3 and IMAP
protocols, see these links:
Your mail servers should be mail.domain.tld, where
domain.tld is the domain you host with Fuss & O'Neill
Technologies. For your Logon Information, your User Name
should be your full email address, with @ and all. Your
password is as given. For convenience, you may want to check
off Remember password.
Click on More Settings.

Click on the
Outgoing Server tab and check off My outgoing server (SMTP)
requires authentication.

If you chose POP3 for your mail
server, go to the Advanced tab and note that Leave a copy of
messages on the server is checked off by default.

Uncheck it and then click OK.

If you chose IMAP as your server type, click on the Folders
tab and have your sent messages saved in the server’s Sent
Items, as above. Then click OK.

Back at the Add New E-mail Account screen, click Next.

The wizard is complete. Click Finish.
Outlook 2007 is now configured.
