Outlook Web Access Overview

Open Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) or Internet Explorer 7 (IE7)
and type in the address above as shown. Then hit Enter,
click the arrow on the right (IE7) or the go button (in
IE6).
TIP: While Outlook Web Access can work with FireFox
and Mozilla, it has limited functionality. Use Internet
Explorer when possible for this application.

You should see a page like the one above. Enter your
full email address in the Domain\user name: field.
Enter your password in the password field. Then click Log
On.

If you have pop-up protection on your browser, make sure it
is off. In IE6/7, click at the top of your browser screen as
above and choose Always Allow Pop-ups from This Siteā¦
otherwise Outlook Web Access will not work properly.
 Highlight your Inbox to
see your messages. To see your public/shared folders, click
on the Public Folders link on the left.
 A new window
will open up displaying your public folders. Highlight one
on the left to view and edit it.
TIP: Note the URL at the
top; you may drag this to your desktop and save it for quick
web access to your public folders.TIP:
When you are done
with your public folders, but want to stay in your Inbox on
the other page, do not click Log Off. Just close the window.
 Back at the first window, click on Options, which is below
the Public Folders and Rules links. This will allow you to
change your password.
 Scroll down this new
page and click Change Password to be prompted in a new
window. Type your old password, then your new one twice.
Then click Log Off, close all Internet Explorer windows, and
log back in again to test the new password. If you have
