Outlook Web Access Overview

Open Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) or Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) and type in the address above as shown. Then hit Enter, click the arrow on the right (IE7) or the go button (in IE6).

TIP: While Outlook Web Access can work with FireFox and Mozilla, it has limited functionality. Use Internet Explorer when possible for this application.

You should see a page like the one above. Enter your full email address in the Domain\user name: field. Enter your password in the password field. Then click Log On.

If you have pop-up protection on your browser, make sure it is off. In IE6/7, click at the top of your browser screen as above and choose Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site… otherwise Outlook Web Access will not work properly.

Highlight your Inbox to see your messages. To see your public/shared folders, click on the Public Folders link on the left.

A new window will open up displaying your public folders. Highlight one on the left to view and edit it.

TIP: Note the URL at the top; you may drag this to your desktop and save it for quick web access to your public folders.

TIP: When you are done with your public folders, but want to stay in your Inbox on the other page, do not click Log Off. Just close the window.

Back at the first window, click on Options, which is below the Public Folders and Rules links. This will allow you to change your password.

Scroll down this new page and click Change Password to be prompted in a new window. Type your old password, then your new one twice. Then click Log Off, close all Internet Explorer windows, and log back in again to test the new password.

If you have any trouble with your password or accessing Outlook Web Access, please contact support@fandotech.com or call 860-432-4745.
