SMTP Authentication

Fuss & O'Neill Technologies configures its client email services to securely and quickly send and receive your email. If you have received a message that you must change your configuration, please follow the instructions below to configure your email application.

Determining your Email Program and Version

1. Open your email application.
2. To determine which version you are using, click About on the Help menu.
3. Choose your software and version from the list below:
   • Outlook Express 6
   • Outlook 2000
   • Outlook 2002/2003
   • Netscape 6.x, 7.x, Mozilla 1.x
   • Eudora 5.1/6

4. If your software is not listed, we may not support it. We recommend any of the packages on this list, all are free with the exception of the full versions of Microsoft Outlook. If you own the software listed, but a different version, try the instructions that are closest in version to yours. If you still have trouble with the instructions, call us at 860 432 4745 for help.
